Shipping Availability

🚚 We currently ship within the United States and select international countries.
📦 Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $65 USD.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Fees

For international orders, please note that YMA Collective is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, YMA Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at ymacollective@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been shipped, modifications are not possible.
