YMA Collective Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.
- Shipped back within 7 days of return approval to be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ymacollective@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
